Builds for the New Version

Doing a Blademaster  and at this point this is what I am planning.

Normal attack mode.  :lol:

It starts the surge...but I get your point that maybe I should have another skill that initiates the surge.  Does it work that way?

Just looked over the other attacks...not sure which might be worth it.  What is normally done if mainly using the surges?

Well, back in the day sword of justice with aura of power was the way to go, but with these new versions, I have no idea.   Maybe just switch between surges constantly and the bonuses you get will be all you need.  You used to have to kill with the surge attack to increase the surge or extend the duration.

It seems that the surges can all be active at the same time.  At least I have the first two going at the same time.  I take it that was not the case back in the day.

Sorry for not replying sooner.  No, you could have multiple surges going in the past.  I was just never good at taking advantage of using multiple surges.  Maybe if I set up my mouse/hotkeys better it would be easier to do.

My point is that in the new version it seems they are a passive skill.  I don't get what triggers them, but I don't have to do anything to get them going.

Hmmm, that is interesting.  In the old version, you had to kill an enemy using the surge skill to get its benefits or to reset the duration of the surge.  If they were passive and all surges you had points in applied to kills it would make the blademaster easier to play for sure.
